elproMONITOR Settings (EN)
1. Overview Settings
In the SETTINGS, the parameters are specified which the elproMONITOR software uses for the current monitoring task. These parameters contain settings for
>> Device settings - Here all I/O modules for ECOLOG-PRO and the alarm interface as well as associated digital inputs, digital outputs, sensors and sensor groups are parameterized.
>> Profiles - All profiles for sensor limits (alarms, warnings), sensor faults, digital input profiles, receiver profiles, time control profiles, data destination profiles and data export profiles are managed here.
>> Application Tasks - This is where scheduled exports and connection Check Tasks are parameterized and managed.
>> Application Settings - Here you can make settings for Comment templates and Application Settings.
1.1. User Interface
The Settings overview is opened by clicking on the "Settings" menu item. The default view is the existing >> sensors of the >> device settings.
A - Details
A left click on a specific line opens the detail view for this setting. The detail view includes a list of all objects from the previous menu (here sensors) and the details of the selected object (here freezer temperature 1). No changes can be made directly in the details, but it is possible to switch between the individual objects by making the appropriate selection with the mouse in the details view. (see 1 in the graphic)
I - Devices Settings
The individual device settings can be parameterized in this area:
>> 2. Sensors
>> 3. Digital inputs
>> 4. Digital outputs
>> 5. Sensor groups
>> 6. I/O modules
>> 7. Bridges
II - Profiles
Profiles contain specifications for specific information that can be assigned to the devices:
>> Sensor limit profiles
>>Sensor issue profiles
>> Digital input profile
>> Recepient profiles
>> Schedule profiles
>> Data export profiles
III - Apptication Tasks
In the Application Tasks, Export Scheduled Tasks and Connection Check Tasks of the software are made:
>> Export Schedule Tasks
>> Connection Check Tasks
IV - Application Settings
In the Application settings, Comment Templates and Application Settings can be configured
>> Comment Templates
>> Application Settings
2. Sensors
The Sensors overview is opened by clicking on the "Sensors" menu item in the Settings menu.
A - Details
With a left click on a certain line the detail view Sensors opens. The detailed view includes a list of all objects from the Sensors overview and the details of the selected object (here Freezer Temperature 1). The applicable functions for the selected sensor are described in III - Applicable functions and are:

The Quick Links perform the function only for a single sensor regardless of the selected tick boxes.
I - Devices Settings
The Sensors overview is opened by clicking on the "Sensors" menu item in the Settings menu.
II - Detail Column
This area contains basic information about the sensors. The following information is available for each sensor:
Sensor - name of the sensor
I/O Module - name of the I/O module >> I/O Module
III - Applicable Functions
The following functionalities can be executed here.
Report
A >> elproMONITOR configuration report with all selected parameters is created.
The number of existing I/O modules, sensors, profiles and program settings determines the size (number of pages) of the configuration report created as *.pdf file.
Add new sensor
The details in the view are replaced by the following parameters for creating a new sensor:
General:
Sensor name
Name of the sensor for monitoring with elproMONITOR and for easy identification in the reports. The sensor must be provided with a unique name.Sensor status
This is an information field that reflects the current state (Enabled / Disabled) of the sensor. This field cannot be changed. The sensor is activated / deactivated in the monitor manually or automatically during a calibration.
Connection:
I/O module
Selection list with the available I/O modules. The sensor must be assigned to one of these I/O modules.I/O module channel
Selection list with all channels available at this I/O module. The sensor must be connected to one of these channels to receive its measured values. Only the channels that are still free are listed.Associated digital output
Selection list with the names of the available digital outputs. The sensor activates a digital output directly in the event of an error. (e.g. of an ECOLOG-PRO 4DO).
Recording:
Recording interval
At a restart, the 1st measured value is recorded when the first full interval is reached.
The recording of the data is synchronous. All measured values and statuses are recorded simultaneously. The interval can be specified individually for each sensor. The intervals 1, 2, 3, 4 , 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30 and 60 minutes are possible.
To correct the interval of an existing sensor, it must be deleted or decommissioned and then added again.
The recording interval cannot be changed subsequently.
The two channels of ECOLOG-PRO 1THR and 2TH are interleaved. Once one of them has been defined, no other recording interval can be selected for the other one.
Time control profile
With a >> time control profile, the sensor can be controlled time-dependently for monitoring by elproMONITOR. An already defined profile can be selected from this selection list.
Description:
Sensor ID
In addition to the sensor name, serves as a further parameter for identifying the sensor.
For digital sensors (e.g. ECOLOG-PRO 1THR) the sensor ID can also be read out from the sensor
Sensor note
Text field for entering sensor-related information.
Profile Set A and Profile Set B:
The profile sets are used to assign the following >> profiles.
Profile for alarms due to limit violations.
Profile for receiver in case of alarms
Profile for warnings due to limit violations.
Profile for receiver in case of warnings
Profiles for sensor malfunctions
Profiles for receivers in the event of sensor malfunctions.
With >> Time control profiles it is possible to switch between Set A (default) and Set B. This is used to switch between different alarm limits, warning limits, evaluated sensor faults and the corresponding receiver groups.

Calibration Adress The adress that calibration took place can be entered to this section
Calibration Details
Necessary details for the calibration can be entered to this section
Calibration Points
Calibration oints can be entered to this section
Retire
Opens the window for permanently retiring the selected sensor. No further data will be recorded. Retiring is only possible after selecting a comment template or entering a comment and authentication with the password.
The existing data is not deleted from the database and the analysis of historical data remains possible.
This action cannot be undone.
Delete
Opens the window for permanently deleting the selected sensor. No further data will be recorded. Deletion is possible only after selecting a comment template or entering a comment and authentication with the password.
The existing data from the database will be deleted and the analysis of the historical data is no longer possible.
This action cannot be undone.
Edit
The same parameters as in >> Add new sensor are displayed for editing.
The only limitation is that the recording interval cannot be changed afterwards.
Close
Closes the current window and returns to the Sensors overview.
3. Digital Inputs
The digital inputs overview is opened by clicking on the "Digital inputs" menu item in the Settings menu.
