elproMONITOR / Calibration (EN)
1. Overview Calibration
The alarming of the sensor is deactivated for the calibration. This is indicated by the status "Disabled by calibration" in the sensor status (see >> elproMONITOR / Monitor) is displayed. The calibration interval is 10 seconds and cannot be adjusted. The duration of the calibration is displayed in the sensor analysis (>> elproMONITOR / Monitor) is marked with a reddish background color in the graphic. The documentation of the calibration is done by creating a report or by a data export.
1.1. User Interface
The Calibration overview is opened by clicking on the "Calibration" menu item or by starting a calibration in the Monitor overview for one or more sensors.
A - Sensor Analysis
Left-clicking on a specific line opens the sensor analysis for that line. >> 1.2 Calibration Analysis
I - Filter
The criteria listed in this column are used to filter the listed calibrations. The following criteria can be selected:
Filter
Active - Only active calibrations that have not yet been completed are listed.
All calibrations - All recorded calibrations are listed.
Date filter
The period of the listed calibrations is limited to the specifications of start and to stop time.
Search
Search for a single calibration by specifying the number of the calibration.
II - Detail Column
This area contains all information about the sensors in the selected groups. The following information is available for each sensor:
No. - Unique numbering of the calibration.
Start date - start of calibration.
Stop date - end of calibration.
Sensor - name of the sensor >> elproMONITOR / Settings / Device settings
I/O module - name of the I/O module >> elproMONITOR / Settings / Device settings
Duration - time between the start and stop of calibration>> elproMONITOR / Settings / Profiles
III - Applicable Functions
Depending on the selected overview, different functionalities can be executed here.
Calibration
Completing the calibration is only possible for the selected sensors of ECOLOG-PRO I/O modules.
The calibration is completed and the end of the calibration and is entered as the stop date in the calibration log.
1.2 Calibration Analysis
elproMONITOR has several functions for analyzing and exporting the recorded measured values during calibration.
1.3.1 Select Period for Calibration Analysis
Calibration Analysis Period
Specification of the time range of the recorded data displayed in the chart. By limiting the time range, the displayed range is zoomed. The time range can be specified in different ways:
Quicklinks
Time range From ... To: and "Display" button
Previous" and "Next" button
Zoom in the graphic
Calibration Analysis Period - Quicklinks
The preset quicklinks allow quick selection of typically required time ranges:
Last 7 days - The measured values of the last seven days including the current day are displayed.
Previous week - The readings of the previous week from Monday to Sunday are displayed.
previous calendar month - the readings of the previous calendar month from the first to the last day are displayed.
last year - The measured values of the last full year from the first to the last day are displayed.
Period Calibration Analysis - Zoom
By marking a subrange of the graph, this time range is displayed.
1.3.2 Applicable Functions
Calibration Data
With the button "Calibration data" the relevant data for calibration are generated in *.JSON format. these data can be used by ELPRO technicians to create calibration certificates.
Export
Export" exports the data for the selected period of sensor analysis in tabular form as an MS-EXCEL file.
Report
The calibration analysis report includes an overview graph on the first page followed by measured value graphs for the selected sensor in the selected time period.
Calibration Report - Overview Graphic
Close
Closes the current window and returns to the Calibration overview.
1.3.3 Calibration analysis details
All Calibrations
In the left area of the calibration analysis, all sensors that have been calibrated can be selected. By selecting individual sensors in combination with a time period, the corresponding measured values can be loaded.
Units of measurement will be displayed on the Y-axis. On the X-axis of the graph, the date and time of the measured values are indicated, which can be measured even more precisely with the cursor.
Measuring with the cursor
By moving the mouse pointer over the displayed curve, it can be measured and the following data is given for each data point:
Sensor name (e.g. Warehouse Temperature 1)
Date (e.g. 08.Mar.2022 04:30)
value (e.g. 29.2 °C)
Details
Below the graphic, detailed information and statistical data for the calibrated sensor are available as a list and can be expanded and collapsed by clicking on the sensor name. This information always corresponds to the selected time period.
Statistical data:
Average
Lowest/highest value - The minimum or maximum value measured in the corresponding time interval is determined.
MKT - Mean Kinetic Temperature, for information on the theory of MKT calculation, see relevant technical literature.
