Measuring Module Digital Input - ECOLOG-PRO 4DI (EN)
1.1 Measuring module contact inputs - ECOLOG-PRO 4DI
ECOLOG-PRO 4PT, art. no. 801423
Module
Module with 4 contact inputs for registration of statuses.
Active actuators can be powered and monitored via the internal power supply
ID number
The ID number is used to identify the module in elproMONITOR.
Status indicator 1; module activity
green; power supply ok
blue; system bus activity
Status indicator 2; sensor status
Condition | Description |
---|---|
dark | No contact configured |
green | All configured contacts ok |
red | Error on at least one configured channel (incorrect voltage or current) |
short dark | Measurement |
The display for the sensor status is updated at the recording interval!
System bus
Power supply for the connected measuring modules
Communication with the connected measuring modules
Connecting hook
For a secure connection between the modules, they are fixed at the back with the connecting hook.
1.1 Device data
Feeding
Through internal system bus
Contact input
Contact input for 2- or 3-wire switches to EN61131, type 1, 2, 3.
The operating voltage of the switches is 24 VDC ±20 %!
Total maximum supply current for all 4 switches is 120 mA!
Contact states
0 or 1
Connection cable lengths
max. 200m
Date and time
Internal system clock
The internal system clock is permanently synchronized with the elproMONITOR system time
Data security
Internal, non-volatile memory
If the network connection fails, the contact positions are still recorded and temporarily stored in the internal memory
10'000 measured values
Scope of delivery
Module
Connecting hooks, see back of module
Info sheet
The plug connectors for the sensor connection are not included in the scope of delivery.
1.2 Contact states
Each contact input has 3 different functionalities that can be selected via the integration of the corresponding channel:
A ... Number of edge changes - How often (within a measuring cycle) was the contact input 1 (or 0)
B ... Duty cycle in % of the measuring cycle - How long (within a measuring cycle one interval) was the total duty cycle of the contact input in percent of the measuring cycle
C ... Current status of the contact input - What status (1 or 0) does the contact input have at the start of the current measuring cycle.
| A ... Number of edge changes | B ... Duty cycle in % of the measuring cycle | C ... Current status of contact input |
---|---|---|---|
Channel n.1 (n: 1 .. 4) |
|
| x |
Channel n.2 (n: 1 .. 4) |
| x |
|
Channel n.3 (n: 1 .. 4) | x |
|
|
Example door opening
A ... Number of door openings per measuring interval
B ... Duration for which the door was open
C ... Current door opening status for the measuring interval
